All call data will be deleted upon sending a request to Hello Notes at the following email.

User Provided Information
Anytime you call Hello Notes we collect the number that you are calling from. -
Audio Data
Call recordings are uploaded to the Hello Notes' servers so that transcriptions can be generated. These recordings are stored so that they can later be requested when viewing the transcription and summarization. -
Text Data
Transcriptions, summarizations, and to do items are all generated and stored on Hello Notes servers.
Sharing Call URLs
Hello Notes is designed to help the caller share any call data easily. This is accomplished by allowing anyone with a call's URL to access the data of that call. The generated URLs are designed to be hard to guess, but THEY ARE NOT IMPOSSIBLE TO GUESS. Always be aware of the information you, as a caller, are storing and sharing.
